Cancellations All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting the order.

Condition of Books: Books must be in new condition and unmarked. Shop-worn books, books with sickers, stamps, or other wise unsaleable will not be accepted for credit and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Condition of Software: Opened software is not refundable. All problems related to installation of software must be directed to the appropriate software company. Please note what type of operating system you are using and purchase software accordingly.

Conditions of Music Products: Opened music products are not refundable.

Shipment of Items: Please ensure that items are packaged properly and securely to avoid damage in transit. We regret that no returns will be accepted after one month from invoice date.
